Spelling Words (December 3-6)

The spelling words this week are:

red group: as, in, it, is, the

blue group: many, I'm, have, more, come, came

green group: not, girl, saw, new, knew, little

yellow group: can't, didn't, don't, won't, that's, they're, it's
(please note these words are the same as last week not because students were unable to correctly spell them, but because we'd like to give students more opportunity to learn the meanings of the words and how to correctly use them in writing activities)

We were so impressed with the spelling quizzes on Friday. Students worked hard to practice their words and learn to spell them correctly. We can't wait to see how their writing continues to develop!
